Weddings are a
huge investment.
And while some things can be DIYed, elbow greased, and thrift flipped, some things can’t be skimped. Which is why I offer customizable wedding photography pricing catered to you, your budget, and your needs — because you deserve a wedding photographer you can trust.
For full transparency’s sake, let’s break it all down:
-
First up, we’ll meet by phone to see if this feels like a good match. Then, once we’ve decided to move forward, we’ll schedule a longer consultation. This is a way for us to really get to know each other, either virtually (think: a Zoom meeting where no one has to change out of their pajamas) or in-person (think: a plate of fries and some cold pints).
This is when you’ll tell me all your hopes and dreams for your wedding day. It’s also when you tell me if there’s anything you don’t want me to do.
I love getting to know my clients, and it’s key to making the wedding photo experience as comfortable as possible.
-
To avoid significant financial losses due to cancellations, I require an up-front deposit of 25% in order to confirm your booking and secure your date.
If this is a financial barrier and you need more time, reach out — I’m more than happy to figure out a solution.
-
If your wedding is more than a 2 hour drive from Kittery, Maine, we will discuss additional travel fees to cover gas, mileage, airfare, and lodging costs.
I’m currently offering discounts for certain international locations — reach out to learn more!
-
Typically 8 hours of photography coverage; your own personal hype man, bouquet carrier, water bottle-holder, and snack-fetcher; and someone who will always let you know if there’s food in your teeth.
-
Why add a second shooter? Because you’ll get more of everything. More candids, more images of you and your crew getting ready (because we can divide and conquer), more angles of your first kiss, and more insurance that we’ll get those perfect shots you’re looking for.
What’s more, on average you’ll get ~200 more photos in your final gallery (not to mention the 35mm film photos you’ll get, too, if that’s your jam — see below).
-
Requires the addition of a second shooter, includes film and development costs.
2 rolls of film (your choice between color and B&W).
-
A small set of images (10 to 15) delivered within 48 hours of your wedding date for you to immediately share with friends and family.
-
Roughly 20+ hours spent backing up, culling, cropping, adjusting exposure, color grading, removing blemishes, fine-tuning, exporting, and uploading thousands of images to deliver your final gallery.
-
An extra fee if you want to jump to the front of the line. In these situations, I do those 20+ hours of editing as soon as I possibly can.
-
300+ JPEG images (depends on the size of the wedding) delivered in a beautiful online Pixieset gallery. The images in the gallery are downloadable, shareable, and printable.
-
Prints can be ordered through the online gallery service for an added fee.
Now, let’s talk numbers.
